Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center Ambulance Service provides 24/7 Advanced Life Support (ALS) for 911 emergencies throughout Southern Colorado. Our highly trained EMS team responds to cardiac emergencies, trauma, respiratory distress, strokes, and urgent medical conditions, delivering rapid, life‑saving care at the scene and during transport.

Whether responding to a home, roadway, or remote location, our ambulance crews are equipped to stabilize patients quickly and ensure safe transport to the most appropriate medical facility.

Advanced Life Support (ALS) Emergency Response

Our ambulance units are staffed with certified Paramedics and EMTs who provide:

• Advanced airway management
• Cardiac monitoring and defibrillation
• IV/IO access and fluid management
• Trauma stabilization
• Medication administration
• Stroke and cardiac event protocols
• Rapid transport to Emergency Care Services

When patients require specialized treatment or higher‑level diagnostics, our team provides safe and efficient interfacility transfers based on:
