24/7 Emergency Care at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center
Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center operates a full‑service Emergency Room (ER) and is proud to be a designated Level IV Trauma Center. We provide immediate evaluation, stabilization, and treatment for patients experiencing life‑threatening injuries or medical emergencies. Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is equipped to receive patients by ground or helicopter transport.
Level IV Trauma Center
As a Level IV Trauma Center, we are equipped and staffed to deliver rapid assessment and life‑saving care. Our medical team includes:
- Board‑Certified Emergency Physicians with 20+ years of expertise
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)‑Certified Nurses
- EMT‑B/ER Technicians are specially trained in emergency care
Our Emergency Department features specialized treatment rooms for:
- Cardiac emergencies
- Trauma and orthopedic injuries
- Pediatric trauma
- General medical emergencies
We also provide inpatient hospital beds for patients requiring admission based on their medical needs.
Supporting departments available 24/7 include:
- Laboratory Services
- EKG
- Cardiopulmonary Care
- Diagnostic Imaging, including Radiology and CT Scans
24/7 Emergency Room Services
Our emergency room is staffed by Registered Nurses and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)–trained physicians. Whether you are experiencing chest pain, a severe injury, difficulty breathing, or another emergency, our team is ready to deliver quick, skilled medical care.

- Acute medical conditions
- On‑site diagnostic testing and imaging
- Rapid stabilization and coordination of advanced care when needed
